Yes. Tickets can be transferred to another named individual up to 14 days before the event. Transfer requests should be submitted to tickets@atwce.com with the original order reference.

Full refunds are available up to 90 days before the event. Tickets cancelled between 90 and 30 days before the event qualify for a 50 percent credit toward ATWCE 2028. No refunds are available within 30 days of the event. All refund requests must be submitted to tickets@atwce.com.
